The objective of the Center for Private Law is to provide a theoretical basis for a comparative approach and to make it useful in practice in certain areas of private law legislation, law formation and dispute resolution. By addressing issues at the forefront of private law and private international procedural law theory and practice, this will serve to improve the quality of civil justice and judicial lawmaking and administration, international competitiveness and foreign investor confidence.
