Students will learn and practice the basics of journalism. They will learn about principles, schools of thought, objectivity/subjectivity, ethical standards, how to choose topics, how to report and how to conduct interviews. Particular attention will be paid to international best practices and to differences between journalistic cultures in German, French, Anglo-Saxon, Hungarian. Students are taught and assisted by experienced national and international journalists. Participants will have the opportunity to apply for internships in national and international partner media.
Participants will learn how to create written journalistic content in workshops and will have the opportunity to be published.
