The MCC has been offering a free extracurricular talent program for senior high school students since autumn 2015, called the Youth Talent Program. The program aims to increase students' interest in learning, help them make career choices, and succeed in life by providing training on a variety of topics such as resuscitation, money management, robotics, and futurology. The program also includes awareness-raising sessions such as conflict management and sensitivity meetings with people with disabilities. The program is based on digital training materials and includes contact hours every second Saturday with renowned experts and psychologists.
Currently, the program has 700 students, 60 instructors, and 30 colleagues involved in six Hungarian cities and two locations outside Hungary. MCC plans to expand the program to 35 more cities and involve 3500 students by 2025. Regular lectures and workshops for parents are also organized by MCC.
