Higher education is facing several pressing issues, with one of the most challenging being threats to academic freedom. To prevent the erosion of such freedom, intellectual inquiry, open debate, and scholarly independence must be upheld to preserve the original purpose of universities — places where diverse perspectives can clash and coexist.
