Following the expected election and inauguration of the new German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz on 8th of December, the new German "traffic light" coalition (SPD-The Greens-FDP) will be formed in the second week of December. What are the most important points in the coalition agreement voted for by the three parties in the areas of solving the socio-economic difficulties caused by the pandemic, migration policy, climate policy, minimum wage and tax policy? What was the balance of power in the allocation of ministries and what can we expect from the newly appointed ministers? How is the new German government perceived by society in during the fourth wave of the coronavirus pandemic?
