Bernát Török is the director of the Information Society Research Institute, at the National University of Public Service (NKE) in Budapest. He graduated from Pázmány Péter Catholic University with a degree in law in 2003. He worked on his PhD dissertation at Yale Law School, regarding the constitutional framework and interpretation relevant to first amendment rights in the realm of free speech in  an American-Hungarian comparison. He then submitted and obtained his PhD in 2018 at SZTE (University of Szeged). From 2019, he has been an editor of In Medias Res, as well as a member of the editorial board of Constitutional Court Review.
