David Edmonds, PhD, is a senior research associate at the University of Oxford’s Uehiro Centre for Practical Ethics and a BBC World Service radio feature maker. He holds a PhD in philosophy and has been a fellow at the University of Chicago and the University of Michigan. He is the author of Caste Wars and Would You Kill the Fat Man?, co-author of Wittgenstein’s Poker and Bobby Fischer Goes to War, and co-producer of the popular Philosophy Bites podcast.
