He is an International Relations expert. In his most recent thesis, he analysed the United Kingdom's withdrawal from the European Union from a historical and political perspective. He is currently pursuing his PhD studies at the Doctoral School of Public Administrations Sciences of the National University of Public Service. His research focuses on the transformation in Italy's territorial organisation. In the Phd programme, he compares the autonomy models of Northern Ireland and South Tyrol.
