We hosted Babett Pavlics, Chief Executive Officer of KELER CCP, as the guest of the most recent Leadership Club. During the evening, our students learned about their 20 years of experience in the invited banking sector, the long-term potential of energy markets, and how to deal with the coronavirus and other crises from a corporate perspective. They also discussed the risk management tasks of central counterparties on stock exchanges and the move towards a transparent and efficient stock market.

At the end of the evening, the young people could take some useful advice with them: to be proactive and not to be afraid to push the boundaries of their current competencies, whether in the workplace or in another area.
