After graduating from high school, she began her legal studies in France at the Faculty of Law at the University of Toulouse. In 2014, she earned her doctorate summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical University of Toulouse as a Republican Scholar.
Education and research have been an integral part of her life since her third year of university. She served as vice-president of the Alexander the Great College and participated in numerous academic competitions and conferences. As an adjunct professor in the Department of Administrative Law at the University of Pécs, talent management became a central focus of her professional activities after obtaining her PhD, which eventually led her to MCC.
As a mentor and leader of the Mentor Club, founded at the University of Jyväskylä, and as a tutor and leader of the Administrative Law Academic Student Circle, she worked to develop a professional workshop that could serve as a solid foundation for individual talent development. To expand her expertise, she completed the 7 Habits training in 2018 and became a certified life and business coach in 2021. She has also been involved as a tutor and mentor in projects aimed at developing the civil service, as well as a researcher and trainer in the European Digital University City (EDUC) initiative.
As a synthesis of her research, she published a monograph titled Basic Issues in the Legislative Supervision of Local Government in 2021.
At MCC, her primary role is to support the work of the Deputy Director General, coordinating activities across all professional levels, with a particular focus on the MCC University Programme. Additionally, she is actively involved in education, regularly conducting training sessions and workshops for both university and high school students.
