BIO
W. Gyude Moore is a former Minister of Public Works in Liberia, where he led significant infrastructure development projects from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff to President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf and Head of the President’s Delivery Unit, overseeing a $1 billion investment program for post-war infrastructure. Moore holds a degree in political science from Berea College and a master’s in foreign policy and international security from Georgetown University. He is currently a Senior Policy Fellow at the Center for Global Development and the Boeing Visiting Chair in International Relations at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
