From a conservative and humanist perspective, human beings are not only contributors to harmful environmental changes but also those who suffer their consequences. At the same time, they are capable of formulating effective responses to these challenges. The invited experts will explore how greater coherence can be achieved between scientific findings, practical preparedness, and public policy decision-making.
The discussion will also address the everyday operational experiences of emergency and healthcare services, as well as national and international strategic frameworks, highlighting the role of institutions.
The discussion will be held in English.
