Seventy-nine years after the Holocaust, the world promised “Never Again.” Yet on October 7, as Jews were brutally massacred, much of the West turned away—or even applauded. In response to this moral reckoning, MCC Brussels has released a powerful new 10-minute documentary, 7 October: How the West Failed the Moral Test, offering a sobering reflection on the atrocities of that day and their wider civilizational meaning.
The film explores how the October 7 massacre and its aftermath revealed uncomfortable truths about antisemitism, Western values, and the moral challenges facing democratic societies today. It forms part of MCC Brussels’ ongoing Reflections on Antisemitism series.
