Communication, teamwork, and self-awareness took center stage during a recent club afternoon for students in MCC’s High School Program at Szombathely Center. Led by Csaba Müller, the session invited students to take part in a problem-solving exercise designed to help them better understand their roles within a group and discover how their individual strengths can contribute to a team's success.

Throughout the interactive exercise, students worked together to find solutions, gaining firsthand experience of the importance of effective communication and collaboration. The activity also encouraged them to reflect on how they interact with others, identify their personal strengths, and explore how they can put these qualities to use when working toward a common goal.

The skills students practiced during the session can be useful at school, in their friendships, and in other communities. Through activities like this, MCC’s High School Program encourages young people to communicate more effectively, work better with others, and recognize their own strengths.
