MCC’s High School Program (KP) supports students in grades 9 to 12 as they broaden their knowledge, gain new experiences and prepare for their future studies. For more than two decades, the program has brought together students from across the Carpathian Basin who share similar interests and ambitions.
The High School Program combines e-learning with in-person professional and community activities, camps and study trips. Online courses introduce students to subjects such as law, economics, psychology, philosophy, history and international relations, offering insights into fields they may encounter only later in their studies. Through lectures, academic materials and assignments, students work independently and receive feedback from instructors.
KP Saturdays complement online learning with lectures and small-group workshops, where students can develop their communication, debating, argumentation and public speaking skills. Community is equally important, with Club Afternoons, camps and other activities providing opportunities to meet peers from different cities and regions across the Carpathian Basin.
After completing their first active semester, students can access further opportunities, including competitions, KP+ trips, language courses, and domestic and international study trips. The program also offers lectures by international professors and other opportunities to gain international experience.
For students seeking a more advanced learning experience, KP FAKT offers a four-year program with personalized mentoring and specializations in humanities, sciences or arts. Training sessions, summer academies and international study trips complement the program, while a strong peer community encourages students to learn from and inspire one another.
With its diverse academic and community opportunities, High School Program gives students the chance to explore their interests, develop new skills and build meaningful connections as they take the next steps towards their future.
