The MCC Debate Academy, in partnership with the High School Program, organised for the first time a Debate Camp for students from the High School Program
The aim of the program was, among other things, to provide a more detailed introduction to the World Schools Sytle Debate format, and to develop the basis of arguments and strategies. In addition, the importance of rebuttal and effective time management were emphasised during the presentations and practical exercises. All the knowledge they acquired was demonstrated through debates on a variety of topics.
They also spent their free time actively debating various humorous topics on the shore of Lake Balaton, trying out sailing or even going to a movie at the garden cinema in Révfülöp. In addition to getting to know each other, the icebreaker games also allowed them to test their creativity through situational exercises.
