After the regime change in Hungary, the quality of higher education becoming available to masses of students has badly deteriorated with one of its consequences being that less time and attention is afforded to talented students - as confirmed unanimously by education experts. Talent management institutions not forming part of the traditional educational system and focusing on individual development such as Mathias Corvinus Collegium and Ludovika Collegium (set to open early next year) are designed to change this situation.
