Dominik Sárkány is a research teacher, sports psychologist, and performance psychologist. His scientific interests focus on the psychological foundations of performance-oriented activities (sports, performing arts, high-risk occupations) and the holistic development of performance tailored to personality. Within MCC as part of his practical work, he conducts group education and development sessions on topics such as performance intelligence, resilience, conflict management, performance anxiety, self-efficacy, and team communication.

The course provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamental theoretical and practical aspects of sports and performance psychology. The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic concepts, key approaches, and research areas of sports psychology, as well as to help them understand the role of psychological factors in sports performance and everyday life.

The main focus of the course is to present opportunities for developing mental toughness based on the 4C model, integrating hungarian and international approaches.

The aim of the course is to help participants develop greater awareness and resilience in a wide variety of challenging situations, supporting effective adaptation, decision-making, and self-regulation, which can be beneficial both in their personal and professional growth.
