He has always sought exciting and diverse challenges. Education and talent management have been close to him in many ways. As the child of teacher parents, he was introduced to tutoring early on. He first took over students from his father, preparing them for various math competitions and entrance exams, and during his university years, he also taught at Közgáz and developed video curricula for the Department of Information Systems.
He first came into contact with MCC during his Master's studies when he applied to the Leadership Academy program. After completing his studies, MCC invited him to join as an employee—a proposal he gladly accepted, as he had received so much from the institution that he wanted to give something back. Currently, he works as a project manager for the organization. His role is highly dynamic, as new projects bring fresh tasks and challenges. He strives to perform his duties to the best of his ability, ensuring that MCC can achieve its goals as efficiently as possible.
