Dr. Ágnes Fazekas is a researcher at the MCC Learning Institute, head of the Workplace Research and Learning Development Group (WoRLD), adjunct professor at the ELTE Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, lecturer at the Teacher Training Center of the University of Szeged, external topic leader at the Óbuda University Doctoral School of Safety Sciences.
Teacher of Pedagogy and Educational Management, French Language and Literature, Art and Art History and Humanities. He received his PhD degree from the ELTE PPK Doctoral School of Education in 2019. Her research interests include implementation of educational development programs, educational innovation, change management, organizational functioning and development, and workplace learning. He has published five books and numerous book chapters, studies, research reports and conference papers in these areas.
His courses taught in Hungarian and English include "Theory and practice of lifelong learning", "Organization, management and implementation of development projects", "Innovation and change management", "Tenders and projects", "History of politics and adult education", "Project management and marketing in human development", "Strategic management", "Organizational development", "EU knowledge", "Strategic management", "Organizational development", "EU knowledge", etc.
She is also a practitioner in the world of educational change, having worked in a number of international and national development projects. Her latest project was aimed at supporting the development of Ethiopian industrial parks by providing a mixed-method diagnosis of educational practices in the regions concerned and outlining their development perspectives.
