Previously, he worked as Head (director) of the Institute of European Studies in Belgrade between 2016–2024. He completed his PhD in political philosophy (University of Belgrade) in 2005. He held lectures and courses in Australia (Macquarie, Uni Sidney), Mexico (University Monterey), Spain (University of Granada), Finland, Greece (Kapodistrian State University), Argentina (FLACSO, University of Cordoba, CARI Center), Iran (Bakir al Ulum, Sharif), Turkey (METU), Russia (RISI, University St. Petersburg) and participated in many conferences in different countries. His articles are published in the USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Russia, Argentina, Mexico, Croatia and Iran. He is also former adviser to the Serbian Prime Minister for political affairs (2005). Political Adviser to the President of Serbian People’s Party in Montenegro between August 2006 and July 2008. Worked as political consultant for several other political subjects in the region, and as a business consultant. He is one of the authors of the Ethical Code for Broadcasters in Serbia (under the auspices of Serbian Broadcasting Agency in 2007). He writes for magazines and newspapers (columnist in leading Serbian daily Politika for more than 20 years), and he is very active in different public and legal debates such as family law, immigration, education etc.
