After two years at ELTE, I was admitted to the Budapest University of Economics and Business Administration, where I graduated with a degree in Management, Organization and Business Evaluation. In addition to my university studies, I became a member of the Invisible College and taught micro- and macroeconomics and mathematics in a private high school. My first classical job was at Concorde Securities Ltd (1997-2001), where I worked as a corporate finance consultant. This was followed by managing the Capital Markets Board of CA-IB Tőkemarktci Tanácsadó Zrt. and HVB Bank Zrt. (2011-2006). For ten years, I was active in major stock exchange and M&A transactions in the CEE region, working as a capital markets and M&A advisor. I changed from consulting to management in 2006, when I became CEO of Díjbeszedő Holding Zrt. My main tasks were to create and implement the group's strategy, manage the expansion in the region and introduce innovative products. By 2013, a conglomerate with more than 1000 employees and a presence in several countries in the Carpathian Basin had been created. Through a management buy-out (MBO), I and several members of the management team became the main owners of the group (2010). In 2013, Magyar Posta and FHB Bank Group acquired the group, and I was appointed Deputy CEO of Magyar Posta for large companies between January 2014 and January 2016. I returned to professional life as an investor and currently manage 5-6 investments at strategic level. Among my positions, I would like to highlight my position as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Széll Kálmán Foundation, my role in the Economic Council of the Pannonhalma Abbey and my membership of the Supervisory Board of the Sapientia Foundation of the Hungarian University of Transylvania.
