Zsolt Zoltán Kalász graduated from the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Debrecen with a degree in History in 2014 and later earned a Master's degree in Hungarian Language and Literature Teaching in 2017. Subsequently, he completed a degree in History and Hungarian Teaching along with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. During his studies, he actively represented students at local and national forums, serving as vice-president of the Student and Doctoral Student Representation of the University of Debrecen and as president of the Student Self-Government of the Faculty of Arts.

Focusing on analyzing educational policy structures and exploring innovative educational opportunities, he is dedicated to creating a joyful and carefree atmosphere for participants in the FIT Program in Debrecen. His aim is to motivate them to grow as individuals and take an active role in their community.

At the Debrecen Training Center, great emphasis is placed on enriching the knowledge of students participating in the programs, ensuring they can effectively apply their scientific understanding and MCC experiences in their lives.
