Jack Traynor is an Irish historian. He obtained his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in history at Trinity College Dublin (2021) and Queen’s University Belfast (2022). He is currently pursuing his doctoral studies at Trinity College Dublin (2026), focusing on the transnational connections and ideology of a journal of the Conservative Revolution in the Weimar Republic. In 2024, his biography of General Eoin O’Duffy was published under the title General Eoin O’Duffy: The Political Life of an Irish Firebrand. He has also worked as a freelance researcher and speechwriter for members of the Irish parliament.
