Daniel Came is Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Lincoln and Visiting Professor of Philosophy in the School of Law at PRIST University, Madurai, India. He was previously Lecturer in Philosophy at St Hugh’s College, University of Oxford, and Junior Research Fellow in Philosophy at Worcester College, Oxford.

He holds a BA and MPhil in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge and a DPhil in Philosophy from the University of Oxford. His research centres on post-Kantian European philosophy, especially Nietzsche.

His publications include Nietzsche on Art and Life (Oxford University Press, 2014) and Nietzsche on Morality and the Affirmation of Life (Oxford University Press, 2022). His monograph, Nietzsche on Religion, will be published by Cambridge University Press later this year.
