Professor Bruno Dallago, PhD, is a member of the Department of Economics and Management at the University of Trento in Italy. His research interests include the European Union, comparative economics, SMEs and entrepreneurship, and the transforming economies of Central and Eastern Europe. He has authored and edited several scholarly books and journal articles. He has held visiting professor positions at several international universities, and from 1995 to 1996 he served as president of the European Association for Comparative Economic Studies. He has also provided consultancy services to international organisations.
