Tilo Schabert is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of Erlangen, Germany, and has taught at many other institutions around the world. He is the former Secretary General of UNESCO's International Council for Philosophy and Humanities and the author of several books published in several languages, including Boston Politics and How World Politics Is Made, both in English.
