She is a Full Professor at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs of University of Ottawa, teaches human rights and legal policy, while her interdisciplinary scholarship focuses on political ethics, crisis government, and political legitimacy. Currently serving on the Hogue Commission investigating foreign interference in Canadian elections. She actively contributes her expertise in comparative constitutionalism to critical public service. She provides regular commentary for global media outlets such as the BBC, CBC, and NPR.
