Michael Foran is an Associate Professor of Law and Fellow of Keble College, Oxford, teaching public law and jurisprudence. He is an expert in equality and anti-discrimination law, whose work has been cited by the UK Supreme Court, with research focusing on constitutional law, the rule of law, and anti-positivist jurisprudence. He is the author of Equality Before the Law (2023), with a second book on sex, gender identity, and the law forthcoming with Cambridge University Press.
