Orsolya Stefanie Ludvig is the head of the MCC's Corporate Communication Workshop and a consultant at the Leadership Academy. She started the development of the Communication Workshop after almost 30 years in the market. She has worked for several big-name multinationals, but also successfully ran her own consultancy business for 12 years. For the last 10 years she has represented communication on the boards of companies such as Siemens, Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Hungary and Heineken. She has given numerous presentations on responsible communication, sustainability and employer branding, but she is also active in supporting women leaders. She was a board member of the Hungarian Business Council for Sustainable Development from 2013-15 and since 2020 she is a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce. Mother of 3 children, sports and literature enthusiast.
