Konstantin Korotov is the program director for ESMT’s Leading with Psychological Intelligence and Understanding and Leading Change executive program. He teaches Organizational Behavior in the ESMT EMBA program and oversees the Individual Leadership Development Itinerary of EMBA students. Furthermore, he is the founder of the ESMT Coaching Colloquia series – premier professional development events for the world’s leading executive coaches. He conducts research on leadership development, leadership coaching, careers, and executive education. He has authored, co-authored and co-edited seven books and multiple academic and practitioner articles, business cases, and book chapters on leadership development and executive coaching. He has won several awards for his case studies, articles, and teaching excellence.
