Jakub Babuska is a PhD researcher in law at Edinburgh Law School, University of Edinburgh. He holds an LLB from the University of Warwick and an MA in Medical Ethics and Law from King’s College London. His research spans constitutional law, the sociology of law, and psychoanalysis.
