He is the Head of the Department of Constitutional and Comparative Public Law at the National University of Public Service. He also works as a Research Professor at the HUN-REN Centre for Social Sciences, Institute for Legal Studies, and has been a Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA) since 2023. His research areas encompass comparative constitutional law, comparative public administration, international migration and public administration, electoral and citizenship regulation, minority rights, and the legal history of Central Europe.
