I graduated from the Faculty of Humanities of Eötvös Loránd University in 2001 with a degree in Hungarian Language and Literature, and a degree in Cultural Management. Later, while still working, I completed the Human Resource Management program at CEU and then the Executive MBA program at Corvinus University of Budapest, where I graduated in 2013. I am fluent in English and German. Since the beginning of my career, I have been working in the field of Human Resources, first as a Human Resources employee of a large international paper company for almost 10 years, then as HR project manager, and later as HR manager in Hungary and in the region. From 2010-13 I was HR Director at the National Media and Infocommunications Authority and from 2013-15 I was HR Director at Penny Market Hungary. Prior to MCC, I was HR Director at Waberer's International for 4 years, responsible for the HR area of a large logistics company with nearly 8,000 employees. I have worked as a consultant in HR process improvement and leadership development for several small and large organizations. In 2018, I published my own book entitled Engaged Team - Instead of Staff Shortage.

At MCC, everything comes together to inspire me: I get to work for a special purpose in a special environment, while benefiting from 20 years of professional experience. I would like to contribute to the creation of value, which is at the heart of all of us at MCC.
